The CPLD is the control core of the whole system. It controls the switching of the acquisition channels, starting and stopping of the AD converter, the address generator for storing the converted data in the FIFO, and notifying the ARM7 to read the data stored in the FIFO. The running data and sent to the PC, through the specific software running on the PC to analyze the data, in order to determine the status of the current operating equipment, and then take appropriate measures. In its system software design, most of the data acquisition devices commonly used today use a single-task sequential mechanism. Therefore, there is the problem of poor system security.
